11 REASONS WHY YOU SHOULD SOAK

Many of our customers cross reference pedicures with soaking. They relate softening the feet to why they should soak. Well, we are here to tell you there are many benefits of soaking your feet. It doesn't matter what the temperature is outside, because we have soaks for all year long!

Did you know you can choose between a hot soak or cold soak? They do different things, but both provide wonderful benefits for your mind and body. First and foremost, we must share that your feet are an amazing point on the body that can either warm you up or cool you off.  Have you ever noticed in the cooler months, if your feet are cold you feel cold all over? Your feet are kind of like your temperature regulators. Now, let's learn about the bennies of soaking!

WARM FOOT SOAK
  • Soothes muscles
  • Hydrates the skin
  • Relieves aches and pains
  • Relaxes & alleviates stress
  • Soften skin & calluses
COLD FOOT SOAK
  • Reduce swelling
  • Improved blood circulation
  • Eases stress
  • Energizes tired feet
  • Boost immune system

For our customers that suffer from feet frustrations like swelling, foot pain, etc. we suggest for them to give cold soaks a try with our Revitalizing Salts. It will do wonders for your feet.

Directions for a successful cold soak: Fill your foot bin with a little bit of warm water first to thoroughly dissolve your soak, salts or milk. Then fill the rest of your soak with cold water.  Soak your tootsies for 10-15 minutes and will feel wonderful.

The weather is cold now, so most are not even thinking about cold soaks, but we wanted to highlight that there are studies that support cold soaking for even as short as a minute can boost your immunity. That's amazing!

Which one do you prefer? Hot or Cold?
