ONE MASQUE :: FIVE WAYS
Our Detoxifying Foot Masque does wonders for your feet. What makes it special is its ability to be customized for you. We are going to share with you our favorite combinations to mix our superfood rich detoxifying foot masque in powder form. We have combined powerhouse ingredients like Matcha, Dead Sea Clay, French Clay and Gotu Kota to pull out impurities and nourish your feet.
WHAT DOES THE DETOX MASQUE DO?
Our detox foot masque rids the body of toxins, free radicals and other unhealthy substances. Nourishes the skin with several natural skin softners and cleanses the skin.
Ways we mix our amazing masque:
H2O | WATER | AQUA
For those that just want to keep things simple, by all means, you can mix this masque with water and reap the bennies. However, please be sure not to use tap water. We would suggest distilled water, but if you don't have this spring or purified water works too.
OIL: OLIVE OIL | ALMOND OIL
MOST RECOMMENDED. For dry feet, who wants to miss the opportunity to moisturize? By adding an oil your masque your feet will soak up the antioxidants and massive hydration.
OIL: COCONUT OIL
We wanted to share coconut oil separately because it starts out like a liquid and then solidifies as it cools down. This can be a great benefit if you want the ease of smoothing on your masque as a creamy emollient masque. It will be super hydrating to your skin along with getting anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties. Start with 2 teaspoons of melted coconut oil. Let is cool and then stir is up. You will have a light, buttery mixture to smooth onto your feet.
By including fresh lemon juice you are adding an additional anti-bacterial component as well as a natural skin brightener. Lemon juice is a natural skin cleanser as well. Start with equal parts 1:1 tablespoons and keep adding until you reach your desired consistency.
ALOE | ALOE VERA | ALOE WATER
For those with sensitive skin or want a cooling & soothing effect, this is the option for you. Aloe is great for aiding in detoxification as well. Plus, it has anti-inflammatory & anti-bacterial properties and adds moisture to dry skin.
Here are our five recommendations. We will be posting this week on instagram some of our examples of these masques. Be sure to follow us!
