We do not and cannot accept foot care products for return or exchange due to health laws. We offer samples so you can be certain you love our products before purchasing. If you are interested in receiving samples, please email us at hello@londonspedisoaks.com. Plus, we offer free consultations to ensure you purchase the right product(s).

Shipping charges are non-refundable in all cases, unless there is an error on our part.

We will offer a replacement or a merchandise credit for certain circumstances. Please send us an email at hello@londonspedisoaks.com with any concerns about your purchase. We believe in a 100% Happiness Guarantee.  

 

DAMAGED PRODUCT(S)

If you have any problems with your order (not received, damaged, etc.), please contact us immediately at hello@londonspedisoaks.com. We will happily replace any damaged items provided they are reported within 48 hours of order delivery. Please submit photo images of the damaged or defective product(s).

Please note: London's Pedisoaks is not responsible for any additional shipping costs and we do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery.

 

CANCELLATIONS

Orders that have been placed, but not yet processed for shipping can be cancelled or modified. Please note: there is a 10% restocking and payment processing fee for all orders that are cancelled. This charge is used to cover our fees incurred by processing electronic payments to include your refund.
